2013 Corolla Master Keys July 24, 2017
Reviewer: Jesse S from Narragansett, RI United States
I bought a used 2013 Toyota Corolla from a dealer who got it from a bank auction (repo), so it only came with the valet key  (no remote).  My local Toyota dealer quoted me $199/each for new factory OEM master keys with remotes (not including programming).  Thanks to KERI.com I was able to get two refurbished master keys with OEM electronics for less than half that amount.  The customer service rep did an excellent job explaining the company's mission statement and confirming that these keys would be programmable and guaranteed to work with my vehicle, which they do since they are genuine Toyota OEM electronics, not some aftermarket junk from overseas.  The only difference between these "refurbished" keys and factory new ones is that they come with a generic case without the Toyota logo (since the original case has to be destroyed to swap out the blade).  I still had to pay the dealer a hefty programming fee but overall I saved over $400 on the cost of the keys themselves.
