I must commend the customer service at Keyless Entry Remote - they were helpful and answered questions on the phone to my satisfaction. I ordered the remote and it arrived (even to Canada) relatively quickly (one week). I followed instructions precisely but the product was defective. I asked for replacement as per their guarantee. Return shipping costs are a whopping $17 which is unfortunate given that the product is supposed to work! I am currently awaiting the replacement and will update the review if that one is functional.
