Expedited Shipping
  Our expedited shipping includes same day order processing for orders placed before 3pm central standard time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and USPS Priority Mail Service. Most destinations will arrive in 1-2 days, with a guarantee of 3 days. If you do not receive your package by the guaranteed delivery date we will refund your shipping charges. Simply contact our customer service at 402-671-5100 to submit a claim.

For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your remote purchase, simply return within 60 days of purchase with a note containing reason for return and your contact information (name, address, phone #, email address) to:

Once we receive the remote back we will issue you a full refund; it's that easy! We understand that your lives may be hectic and before you know it, the 60 days have passed. For this reason we offer a 90 day extended refund/exchange policy. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds or exchanges processed after 60 days of purchase. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.
