For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your remote purchase, simply return within 30 days of purchase with a note containing reason for return and your contact information (name, address, phone #, email address) to:

Once we receive the remote back we will issue you a full refund; it's that easy! We understand that your lives may be hectic and before you know it, the 30 days have passed. For this reason we offer a 60 day extended refund/exchange policy. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds or exchanges processed after 30 days of purchase. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from purchase. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.  Transponder keys which have been cut are non-refundable.
