For this reason we offer a 90 day extended refund/exchange policy. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds or exchanges processed after 60 days of purchase. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. Transponder keys and valet keys which have been cut are non-refundable.
