The remote arrived - well packaged - THANK YOU; BUT - there were no programming instructions for my 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix; I got two completely different instruction procedures from the Internet - neither worked; then I visited a local locksmith and he had same instructions I had - so he suggested I go to the Dealer, which I did. The Dealer wants $90.00 plus 45 minutes to program it via a computer . . one of your competitors includes instruction http://www.carandtruckremotes.com/r889.html
Keyless Entry Car Remote for a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix - brand new. Programming instructions for this 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix key fob are free and included with the purchase.
Hence my disenchantment with your service or lack thereof.
FROM KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE: Hi Fred, we too have self programming instructions for that year make and model; http://blog.keylessentryremotefob.com/search?cx=partner-pub-9359873407684367%3A7506621223&ie=UTF-8&q=1997+pontiac+grand+prix&sa=Search. Just like at Remotes Remotes, the instructions are available online. We also have a Customer Service department available Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm CST that would be happy to help with programming or anything else you may need.
