What key fob do I need?
We try to make it easy. Do a search for your year, make, & model of vehicle. If your search returns multiple key fobs, match your current remote button configuration with the search results.
Even if you pick the wrong remote, any of those key fobs will most likely be compatible with your vehicle.
How do I program my remote to my vehicle?
All key fobs must be programmed to your vehicle before they will work. There are two methods:

Self-Programming
If your vehicle’s key fob is self-programmable, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Timing can be tricky—be patient and follow each step carefully.

Professional Programming
Some vehicles require specialized equipment. Locate a professional programmer—dealers, locksmiths, or mechanics. Local customers: our service runs $39.95–$79.95 based on vehicle.
I am having trouble self-programming the remote.

Ensure your vehicle enters programming mode (locks cycle, horn honks, lights flash). If not, try re-entering mode—it’s all about timing.

If mode is active but it won’t sync:
- Check the fob battery.
- Verify battery orientation (positive side aligns with the '+').
- Confirm part numbers on the back match a working fob. If they don’t, email customerservice@keylessentryremotefob.com.
- Still stuck? Disconnect your car battery for 10 minutes, reconnect, then restart programming steps.
I never had a key fob for my vehicle and I'm not sure if my vehicle even has keyless entry.
Contact your dealership’s service department with your VIN to confirm if keyless entry was factory-equipped.
I got my key fob programmed but the key does not start my vehicle.
Transponder (chipped) keys use a separate programming process. If you purchased a transponder key, email customerservice@keylessentryremotefob.com for guidance.
