I want to thank you for your outstanding customer service. If more businesses ran their business like yall do,there would be a lot of them with not only very competative prices but outstanding customer service. here's my example. I got your product in a timely manner and when I went outside I dropped it and it came open. I lost a metal piece that held the battery in place and also made contact with the circuit board, so I called yall and the man i dealt with sent me another back that contained the piece I needed free of charge. I did tell him I would pay for it since it was my fault that I lost it, but he told me no and said he would ship it to me free of charge and yall even paid the postage. Well needless to say with outstanding customer care and customer service like you have, you will have my business from now on. I hope you find out who helped me and sent me the metal piece i needed, so you can give them a pat on the back and maybe a pay raise.
