Keyless Entry Remote, Inc. is an online retailer of recycled key fobs. Yup, you read that right. We peddle refurbished car remotes to people all across the United States. Sometimes we even sell to people outside of the United States. We also supply businesses (B2B) and regular customers (B2C) alike. And that's all done from the humble comfort of the heart of our nation: Omaha, Nebraska.
Job Summary
As a mostly e-commerce business, your job here would be to add a warm human touch to an otherwise cold digital world. Nurturing lasting relationships with customers through emails, phone calls, Messenger chats, and social media posts will be your main focus.

Job Responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls, emails, messenger chats, and social media posts.
- Processing phone orders.
- Assisting the occasional in-store customer.
- Building and maintaining great customer relationships.
- Providing praise-worthy customer service.
- Handling other departmental or assigned tasks.
