Once we receive your item back we will issue you a full refund; it's that easy! We understand that your lives may be hectic and before you know it, the 60 days have passed. For this reason we offer a 90 day extended refund/exchange policy. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds or exchanges processed after 60 days of purchase. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. Transponder keys and valet keys which have been cut are non-refundable.
