Programming Instructions:
Important Note: Once you enter the programming mode, if 15 seconds elapse with now activity on the system, the programming mode will be terminated. This is indicated by one soft chirp immediately followed by one loud chirp. If this happens, simply start over.
1. Start with valet switch off
2. Turn Ignition key to on
3. Push Valet switch on and off three times, after the third time the horn should sound.
Now press the LOCK (hold the button for 3 seconds until horn sounds) on the transmitters that you want to program (up to 4). Remember when programming more than one transmitter, press the lock button on the first transmitter until the horn sounds, then press the lock button on the second transmitter and so on.
4. Switch the valet button from on to off ( the horn should beep twice) Now press the UNLOCK (hold buttons for 3 seconds until the horn sounds) on all transmitters that you want to program (up to 4)
5. Switch the valet button from on to off (horn should sound 3 times) If the vehicle does NOT have the trunk release Upgrade kit installed, proceed to step 6. If the Trunk Release kit is installed into the vehicle, press the green button (hold button for 3 seconds until the horn sounds) on all transmitters that you want to program (up to 4)
6. Switch valet button from on to odd (horn should sound 4 times) If there are no upgrade kits (ie: trunk release or remote start installed into the vehicle, press the green button (hold button for 3 seconds until horn sounds) on all transmitters you want to program (up to 4)
7. Switch valet button from on to off (horn should sound 5 times) DO NOT PROGRAM transmitter buttons to this channel. On the SecuriKey+, the panic feature activates from the LOCK button. Continue to next step.
8. Switch valet button from on to off ( horn should sound 6 times) If the Remote Upgrade kit is installed into the vehicle, press the green button (hold for 3 seconds until the horn sounds) on all transmitters you want to program (up to 4)
9. Turn ignition key to off (Horn should sound) to indicate you are out of programming mode.
