How To Organize Important Papers You Keep in Your Car

Posted by Unknown on May 18th 2017

Some people can't go anywhere without their pack of gum or their favorite key chain, but no one should go anywhere in their car without a few important pieces of paper.

You should always have your registration and insurance card in your car whenever you are driving. This helps if there is a possible accident or you get pulled over, plus it is the law. It gives proof that the car is registered to you. The insurance card has the necessary information you will need if you are in an accident.

I also like to keep auto records in my car. Whenever I go to get an oil change or have to get parts replaced or fixed, I like to keep the copies of paper they give me in my glove department. That way it is easily accessible for whenever I may need it.

All of these papers can create a mess in your glove box or lying around your car. However, there is an easy way to keep it all organized.

I purchased a folder from Target for less than $6 which I could keep papers in and keep them neat and organized. I simply labeled the tabs with what papers are where and it doesn't take up a lot of space!

Tip: Don't use a gel pen (like I did) to write on the tabs because it will only smear.
Happy organizing!
