Part 10 – Decoding Track Keys

Instructional Overview

• Find Your Card: Select search then vehicle keys on the tablet home screen. Locate the correct make, model, and year, then tap the green card button. If previously saved, you can find it in your favorites.
• Initiate Decoding: Tap Decode on the right. Ensure the 01RA clamp is installed; you must use the clamp designated by the machine for an accurate reading.
• Tracer Setup: Unlock the small red knob above the clamp station, guide it to the left, and lower it into place over the key. Secure the knob to lock it.
• Process: Lower the safety shield and select Start. The tracer will measure each cut and display the resulting depths and indirect code.
• Cut New Key: Move the tracker back to its starting position. Insert your blank key into the clamp, select Cut, and then press Start.
